Two Rangeview breds race in Melbourne
Saturday at Flemington saw two horses bred by Rangeview competing in Melbourne’s big autumn carnival. DELTA GEE (Street Cry-Valiant Wave) did everyone proud with a gutsy run to determinedly push on to run second in the Group 3 Matron Stakes over 1600m. She is currently being trained by Leon Corstens. The other Rangeview runner was Reverend Lovejoy who is now in the David Hayes stable. He ran on very nicely for fourth over 1400m. Both of these horses are worth just keeping an eye on over the next few weeks. They are both quality WA runners with Delta Gee having won the Listed Natasha Stakes over 2200m and Reverend Lovejoy won the Listed Boulder Cup (1760m) and Coolgardie Cup (1614m).
