Didn’t Delta Gee do really well for trainer Michael Grant last Saturday winning first up over 1500m? This is something you don’t often see happen, so it is a great training feat for this daughter of Street Cry out of Valiant Wave. Unfortunately for us, the mare died without producing another foal, but for Michael and all the associated connections, it will be interesting to see what he has planned for the mare over the summer. Big things you would think!
